Refund and Returns Policy

Return Window

Customers can request return/exchange within 7 days of delivery.

Eligible Items

Return/exchange accepted only if:

  • The product is unused
  • Tags are attached
  • Original packaging is available
  • Product is not washed/damaged

Non-Returnable Items

No return for:

  • Used or washed products
  • Products without tags
  • Sale/clearance items
  • Customized products
  • Innerwear/accessories if applicable

Exchange

Size exchange is allowed once, subject to stock availability.

Refund

After product inspection, the refund will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.

Shipping Charges

  • If product is damaged/wrong item: Shivora Lifestyle pays return shipping
  • If customer wants size change/return: customer may pay return shipping

Damaged/Wrong Product

Customer must share photos/video within 24 hours of delivery.
